You can pick most People Movers a mile away. They genuinely look the same, which normally is a smaller version of a bus. Obviously it makes sense, because the good old bus design helps to capitalise on space and of course, maximise the amount of people you are able to fit in it.
But some people are just looking for more room, or a bit more height, not necessarily more passenger capacity. And i guarantee, those people don’t wont to drive a bus. And if you use your vehicle to transport someone that needs more height, like a person in a wheel chair, then your going to love the Volkswagen Caddy Life.
The Caddy Life see’s Volkswagen stray from the normal people mover design, however it still has room for up to Seven. The front is very “car-like”, and the back more your “normal” people mover design.
The smart design of the rear of the Caddy Life give’s you more room and it defiantly maximizes height. The best thing is, with the extra height the Caddy Life is a great vehicle to fit with a wheel Chair transportation conversion.
The Caddy Life would normally come with room for seven, however it can easily be converted so people in wheel chairs can be transported very easily, whilst they remain in their wheel chair. John Hughes Volkswagen can have the Caddy converted right here in Perth, and is what they refer to as a Mobility Conversion.
If the mobility Conversion interest you, then the guys at John Hughes Volkswagen can arrange it for you pre purchase. With the Mobility Conversion the front row of Seats remain, which is great. Because it means you can transport four additional passenger's, plus the wheel chair.
The best thing about buying a Caddy Life and converting it, is its much easier than a large van to drive. And the obvious saving in size, reflects a saving in running cost. It also much easier to drive and park than a larger people mover.
There is easy access to the rear cabin via the dual sliding rear doors. And the rear tilt up door, which gives a wider opening. Inside of the Caddy is very stylish and comfortable. Its ergonomically well designed with everything within arms reach. You get Climate control, cruise control, surround sound stereo, power steering and electric windows.
The best thing about the Caddy is it offers a genuine alternative for transporting people in wheel chairs, safely and comfortably, in what is best described as a family vehicle.
