The UDIA of WA recently held their annual Awards for Excellence to recognize the very best of development in our state. The competition was fierce but the judges paid particular attention to a project south of Perth that we featured a few years ago on the show and is now home to over 900 families.
With landscaped parks, schools, neighbourhood childcare, a lake, and an avenue of iconic Rivergums, this project was a standout in this year’s awards and a worthy winner.
The UDIA WA Awards for Excellence recognise the very best developments in WA and the Judges Award is a special award in which the judges have recognised something of particular quality or uniqueness that deserves recognition. That’s why The Rivergums received the prestigious award this year.
Baldivis has evolved rapidly over the past few years and The Rivergums has a lot to do with turning this once-rural area into a sought-after suburb.
Within the estate are all the conveniences you can expect from a Cedar Woods development, including primary and high schools, playgrounds and parks, all within walking distance to the Baldivis Town Centre.
