The official opening of “Villa Aqua” in Como saw the who’s who of the building industry attend.
Holly spoke with Averna Homes General Manager Paul Spatara and he spoke about the design and his favourite features of the home, which include a ‘conversation’ pit in the alfresco area and the stunning glass fronted show garage in the foyuer.
There are so many fantastic features and finishes throughout this home. A glass wall allows you to see inside the triple garage, it’s very sleek.
This two level home is full of little suprises everywhere you look. The master room, located on the ground floor, has a gorgeous bathtub from Victoria and Albert. The kitchen has a scullery and walk in butler pantry running along side it, and the kitchen wall is cladded in Caesarstone cloudburst. The cabinetry and lighting really is second to none and it has an exquisite Entertainer alfresco.
Something that can be seen throughout the home and something that Averna Homes really pride themselves on is the highest level of craftsmanship and the quality of materials they use to achieve it.
