Last year Holly went and looked at an award winning home from Averna Homes. They are a family owned, boutique builder that design and build custom individual homes. Not surprisingly, this stunning home has taken out another National award. Holly had a chat with Director Paul Serra and General Manger Paul Spatara, who actually designed the spectacular home.

Managing Director Paul Serra actually started out in the industry over 20 years ago as an apprentice tiler which is where his passion for the building industry begun. Paul wanted to create high end builds that could be built with a more affordable price tag and from that idea Averna Homes was born.
Being a boutique builder, Averna Homes only build around 25 homes a year, because they pride themselves on being able to provide topquality customer service to all of their clients and give each home the attention they deserve.
