As WA’s largest not-for-profit Aged Care and Retirement Living provider, Bethanie is a name we’re all familiar with. What I’d like to show you is just how committed they are to the health of every single resident. But it’s not just their physical health… Today I’m talking about their overall wellbeing including spiritual health. It’s that bit of extra care…for everyone.
You see when help is needed to guide someone through their spiritual journey of grief and joy, loss and gain, the professional team of Chaplains at Bethanie are there.
Now as you can imagine, as we reach the later years of life, this kind of guidance has a huge role to play. The good news is the service is available to all Bethanie , their family and staff. Now that’s special.
During our visit, the staff and residents at Bethanie were celebrating Purple Week. Seven days of activities that will inspire residents, staff and volunteers to reconnect spiritually, encourage greater compassion and respect, and ultimately improve everyone’s spiritual wellbeing.
