It really is an incredible home and includes a huge kitchen and dining area, a large theatre room, office, gym, hydro pool and outdoor pool and a very large alfresco entertaining area and courtyard.
Broadway Homes are also well known for creating amazing two storey builds and Holly also went to visit their brand new display home, “The Astaire”. It really is the next level in contemporary design inside and out.
The elevation of the home uses unique textures and materials such as texture coated render, natural stone cladding and timber screens that create a home that stands out from the rest, and makes a real statement in the street.
They also design for the natural surroundings. Like the rear of this home has full height windows and a frameless glass balcony that takes advantage of the amazing ocean views.
The individual features that are the stamp of a Broadway home are very apparent, from the quality of the cabinetry and tiling in the kitchen and bathrooms, through to the added extras of a wine cellar and poolhouse.
