Holly went and checked out a way you can fit hours of intense gym work in to just 20 minutes, that works every muscle in your body. Sometimes in our busy schedules, even if we have a home gym in our homes sometimes we still can be really stretched to get a really good workout in. The future of exercise has arrived with EMS Revolution.
The secret of how it works is all inside this type of space suit that’s attached to an EMS device. EMS stands for Electro Muscular Stimulation and what that is, is the stimulation of muscle through low frequency electrical pulses. It intensifies the contraction of your muscles during activity giving a 95% muscle contraction. It also allows you to work the unreachable muscles, so you can work up to 350 individual muscles throughout the session.
Holly spoke with Andrew Moore from EMS Australia about how popular it has been and how it is useful for everything from weight loss to assisting people recovering from injury and surgery. He also told Holly that it’s suited to people of all ages and fitness levels.
