Holly went back to visit The Green, The Fairway Village for over 55’s. A lot has changed since she was last there as many of the new residents have now moved in to their stunning single and double Storey homes.
Holly spoke with Sandra Klarich about how many new owners have now moved in to their homes and how here at The Green, and she qualified that ‘when residents buy their home at The Green, they actually own it.’
Sandra explained that they love to work one-on-one to make changes to the home to suit everyone’s needs and wants and explained that not only do they own the land, they get to build their home into one into which they have a huge input in. Sandra explained that they end up with a great lifestyle and at the moment – August 2020 many may be eligible to get up to the $45,000 from the government in various COVID 19 support packages to help with the move.
