Holly went to visit The Green, a Fairway Village to visit the new residents. Holly spoke with Jenny Prince about how The Green is very different to many retirement villages out there where there is no lease for life. Holly asked Jenny if this was one of the reasons she chose to live there.
Jenny said they love the idea of owning their own house and land with no exit fees. This means that they can sell their home with no exit fees in the future if they wish to do so.
