For over 69 years Midland Brick has been helping Western Australians build their dream homes. Recognised for their innovation, quality and customer service, Midland Brick now manufactures one of Australia’s largest ranges of bricks and pavers. And it’s not just bricks and pavers. Their range also extends to retaining walls, terracotta roof tiles and stone-wall cladding.
Midland Brick is a part of WA history, and they’re very proud of it.
In 1972 Midland Brick introduced Australia’s first purpose made clay paver.
The first contract for this new product was the Perth Concert Hall – located on St Georges Terrace. These pavers still remain in place today, which is testimony to the product and the legacy of Midland Brick.
In 1989, Australia’s largest building and construction materials supplier – the Boral Group – purchased Midland Brick. It created a partnership of two great Australian companies that would see Midland Brick become one of Australia’s most progressive and modern brick makers.
The company is still dedicated to investing in Western Australia, evidenced by the recently completed works on a $44 Million Masonry Plant at their Perth site, making it one of the most technically advanced brick sites in the world. In fact, Midland Brick has received a Guinness World Record for the world’s largest brickworks on one site.
Midland Bricks range of products and services continues to grow by the day and it’s easy to keep up to date with what’s new on their website. For more information or assistance with your next project, visit www.midlandbrick.com.au , or call their customer service team on 13 15 40.
