The Vivid Blu apartment building by Pyramid Constructions WA is a unique build for the company as it was constructed using Versaloc, Midland Brick’s new commercial blockwork product.
The Mindarie build is the biggest Versaloc project Midland Brick has completed to date, comprising of some 40,000 blocks.
Versaloc is a dry stack walling system where blocks are stacked together without the use of mortar, beyond core filling. The interlocking tongue and groove joints assist in achieving straight lines and the self-locating top lugs ensure an accurate stack which results in a clean wall with shadow lines.
