You might remember last year we introduced you to a brand new Finbar development that was on the drawing board in Palmyra.
Holly had a chat with Robin Schneider, the selling agent who told her all about it. Holly went back to have another chat with him about the progress on the project that has been happening.
Construction on the development has now started and over 50 apartments have been sold. Robin discussed that the development has been really popular with lots of types of buyers and that it’s been especially popular with First Home Buyers because of the reasonable price point.
Palmyra is a fantastic area. it’s leafy and green and has a lot to offer. Palmyra is very close to other great areas like Fremantle, which has the Fishing Boat Harbour and the cappuccino. Garden City shopping centre is also really close by.
