A little while ago on the show we featured some apartments while they were still off the plan. Fast forward a little bit and they are all completed with residents already moving in. Sixty Flourish, by BGC development, in the heart of Harvest Lakes in Atwell has a lot to offer. Holly went to take a look at what has changed since we were last there.
Deciding where to live can be tricky. There’s a lot of fantastic up and coming areas here in Perth. Location and proximity are two major factors to take in to consideration when deciding where to buy. A great thing about Atwell is how conveniently located everything is.
Atwell is just 20 minutes south of the CBD and Aubin Grove train station and local bus services are just nearby. Harvest Lakes shopping centre is really close, which has a large Woolworths, a bakery, several cafes, salons, restaurants and more.
Holly spoke with Sales agent Chad Toquero about how many apartments he has sold so far. He let her know that they have been extremely popular with only a handful of one and two bedroom apartments left to sell.
In an area that is predominantly house and land packages, this is quite a unique product in the market. It really gives you the best of both worlds. It’s City style apartment living at it’s best that’s close to everything you need but in a suburban setting. It’s not hard to see why these apartments have been snapped up as quickly as they have. With such a convenient location and a really good price point, it’s obvious why they have been so popular with downsizers, first home buyers and investors.
Something BGC development really pride themselves on is quality craftsmanship, and that can be seen throughout and in the finishes of these stunning and spacious apartments.
If you are wanting the best of both worlds, city style apartment living with a suburban backdrop, you might want to come and take a look at Sixty Flourish.
