2020 has now been etched into the history books as a year of challenge, of hardship and of change.

The prolific Covid-19 virus has brought world economies to a halt, has forced governments around the globe to implement blanket lockdowns and we believe has probably affected every single person on the planet in some way.

While the virus has had less of an impact here in WA, the fallout has been equally devastating for so many vulnerable people across our state. With the prospect of spending Xmas lonely, homeless or even hungry, so many West Aussie families desperately need all the help they can get.

At The Agency they believe that everyone should have somewhere to call home. A balanced community means every single person in Australia has the right to a roof over their head, food on the table and a helping hand when its needed.

That’s why The Agency supports Vinnies WA! The work that they are doing to support those in need is phenomenal.

However, there are many other groups that really make a difference to so many people across our state. The Salvation Army are renowned for the tireless work they do to help transform the lives of Australians most in need.

Foodbank is WA’s largest food relief organisation helping those who are food insecure.Last year alone it sourced enough food and groceries to provide over 200,000 meals to those less fortunate across the nation.

Traversing these challenges presented by the pandemic is possible, but only if we all do our bit to help those in need. So please support these charities if you can – the festive season should be a time we ALL get to enjoy !!
