Mount Pleasant is one of those suburbs that really does let you have it all. It’s leafy and green and quiet, nestled on the banks of the gorgeous Swan River, yet it’s close enough to vibrant bars and nightlife if that’s what you’re also after. Holly went and took a closer look at Norup and Wilson’s The Precinct.
You’d be forgiven for thinking The Precinct was a 5 star resort, and that’s because the amenities it boasts are nothing short of luxurious. It has an Indoor gym, solar heated swimming pool with day lounges and Cabanas. A steam room and it even has a Rooftop sky Lounge which is for the exclusive use of the 24 top level Skyhomes only, with a dining room and a private fridge and wine storage area for each Skyhome resident.
You can take your pick of 1,2 or 3 bedroom apartments, but no matter what size you choose you will get the same great quality finishes and spacious balconies. There are 10 restaurants on the ground floor and the developer has even added a dumbwaiter in the design so food can be delivered to every floor.
Holly spoke with Director John Norup about how it’s the design of the Precinct that really sets it apart, it actually will have the highest Green-star rating of any building in WA, and it has an extremely technologically advanced design.
With stage two of the development due for completion late 2019, it has already received great interest so far. To register your interest in this amazing development head to Norupwilson.com or visit their sales suite at 19 Ogilvie Road Mount Pleasant.
