They’ve named it Waterbank and it’s going to change the Perth cityscape in a wonderful way.

Then perhaps later a jog amongst the parklands, before settling in to a little lunch at somewhere like this place, Ku de Ta restaurant and bar.
You may not believe it’s less than a kilometer to the city, and once the footbridge is complete, less than half that distance to the new Perth Stadium.
By creating the city’s first beach, why not have a cinema on the sand?! And there’s plenty of room for floating markets, a bike festival and long table dinners… honestly… who could possibly find the time to work?
