We know about Elizabeth Quay and the new Perth Stadium, and Claisebrook Cove and the Crown Casino. But there’s another project underway… something at the center of all the others. So perfectly located that it’s hard to imagine someplace better.
They’ve named it Waterbank and it’s going to change the Perth cityscape in a wonderful way.
Ground works are underway, but picture this – 1000 contemporary apartments across 4 buildings, curated cafes and restaurants. Six hectares of land and over half a kilometer of absolute river frontage. This place is in for the full face lift!
And once it’s finished, it’ll be home to a community of people who want that ideal balance between social excitement and natural beauty. Imagine paddling the kayak at sunrise… checking the crab nets or maybe throwing a line in the water. What a way to start the day!
Then perhaps later a jog amongst the parklands, before settling in to a little lunch at somewhere like this place, Ku de Ta restaurant and bar.
You may not believe it’s less than a kilometer to the city, and once the footbridge is complete, less than half that distance to the new Perth Stadium.
By creating the city’s first beach, why not have a cinema on the sand?! And there’s plenty of room for floating markets, a bike festival and long table dinners… honestly… who could possibly find the time to work?
